Information You Provide
Search boxes on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that powers sponsored results. We do not store those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to respond.
Automatic Site Data
Our hosting infrastructure records ordinary server-log data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use that information in aggregate to keep the site running, diagnose errors, and understand which pages are useful. Cookies or similar technologies may support basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
We use the data described above to operate the site, resolve technical issues, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists. We do not create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to El Cajon, San Diego County, California, court, library, and third-party search resources. Each outside site has its own privacy policy. Data submitted to those portals is governed by their rules, not ours, including sponsored search results supplied by a third-party company.
Who May Process Data
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information if valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Because we do not run user accounts, this site has no visitor password or profile database.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
California residents may have rights under California privacy law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, to request access, correction, deletion, or limits on certain personal information held by businesses that meet the law's thresholds. Because we hold very little, most requests are limited to contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by El Cajon, San Diego County, California agencies, or courts are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian office.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies.
